You write the letter in your browser (or upload a PDF), pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna in Swedish kronor, and we do the rest from our print facility in Sweden. Every letter is handed directly to PostNord, the Swedish postal service, at first-class franking — so domestic letters land in 1–2 working days and reach recipients faster than mail sent from abroad. No Swedish address is required to order; only the recipient needs a valid postal address.

How does sending a letter online work?
You write your letter in our browser editor (or upload a PDF), pay by card, Klarna or Apple Pay, and we handle everything physical. We print the letter on quality paper, put it in a franked envelope, and hand it to PostNord — the Swedish postal service — the same working day when you order before 12:00 CET.
Where can you deliver?
Anywhere in the world. Sweden domestic delivery is 1–2 working days. Within Europe expect 3–7 working days, and 5–15 working days to the USA, UK, Australia, Asia and other destinations. Postage is always included in the price shown.
How much does it cost to mail a letter?
Prices start at SEK 59 (approximately €5 / $6) for a domestic Swedish standard letter with postage included. Express (mailed today) is SEK 99. International delivery is SEK 79. Registered letters (REK) with tracking are SEK 249. No hidden fees — the price you see is what you pay.
Do I need a Swedish address?
No. Anyone can use the service to send letters to recipients anywhere in the world. Only the recipient needs a valid postal address. Payment is in Swedish kronor (SEK) via Stripe — your card is charged in SEK and your bank handles any conversion.
Can I upload a PDF instead of writing?
Yes. You can upload a ready-made PDF and we will print and mail it exactly as designed. Perfect for invoices, contracts, formal letters, or letters you have already written elsewhere.
Is it secure? What about privacy?
Payment goes through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant, same as major online retailers). Your letter content is only accessible to our printing pipeline, encrypted in transit and deleted from working storage after mailing. We never share content or recipient data with third parties.
What if I make a mistake?
You can review the letter and recipient details on the final review page before paying. Once the letter has been mailed we cannot recall it — the same as with any physical letter. Contact info@skicka-brev.se quickly if you have made an urgent mistake.
